This pillow was designed for head and neck comfort. It is supportive for all sleeping types. Whether you’re sleeping on your back, side or stomach, this pillow is fully adjustable to become soft, firm or medium.
As a side sleeper I loved the curved design. It allows a nice little gap for your shoulder when side sleeping.
Another thing I love about the pillow is the fill. It is supportive but fluffy feeling. Additionally being able to adjust (remove or add) fill is a huge plus to adjust the loft of the pillow.

Overall Summary
I really like the pillow. It works amazing for side sleeping but other positions as well. Considering you can adjust the loft it will work in any position. But I like the curved feature especially. When side sleeping it provides a nice gap for your shoulder. The cover is very nice and soft, no pillow case needed if you prefer since it can be washed too. The foam is nice and airy feeling but supportive. I think this is a great choice for anyones next pillow.
