The medium version is what most sleepers will like. It was great for all positions. The foam inside has the pressure relief of memory foam but it does not give you a stuck feeling at all. It’s more of a floating feeling. At 200 lbs this firmness was great for me in all positions.
The cover feels very cold to the touch and the mattress overall does not sleep hot.
If you are more of a back and stomach sleeper the firm might suit you best. If you prefer a little more body hug or are a lighter side sleeper the soft might be best suited for you.

We did not experience this mattress sleeping any hotter than most mattresses we have tested.
Overall, most people should not have any issue with sleeping too hot in this mattress. The quilted top foam is also a foam that will not trap heat. There is a good separation from the comfort foams which can trap heat more. The quilting foam assists with sleeping cooler.
