How you will react to this mattress will depend on how much support you are looking for. Personally, I don’t want a mattress that I can sink into. I prefer something that offers plenty of spinal support. The AS1 is sure to keep your spine in the right alignment. But it is a very firm mattress.
It does have a few innovative ways of keeping you comfortable. First, it is designed to be light and breathable. It’s going to provide a cool night’s sleep. Additionally, traditional memory foam mattresses take 60 seconds to get back into position once you remove your body weight. This can be a more significant issue for larger people, who create a bigger impression in the memory foam. The AS1 takes four seconds to bounce back to its original shape. This will eliminate the feeling that you are stuck in the mattress.
I think that the way you respond to this bed might depend on the type of sleeper you are. If you are a back or stomach sleeper, this could be a good choice for you. However, if you prefer to sleep on your side, it might be best to move something with a little more give.
