The DreamCloud comes vacuum-packed and inserted into a delivery box. This is standard for most mattresses that you order online as it saves on delivery cost and is much easier to transport and store.
So, what happens when you receive your mattress? The DreamCloud deliveries are made by a two-person team that will take your brand-new mattress into a room of your choice. This saves you from having to wrestle with a bed by yourself.
You will receive a notification or email giving you a timeslot on the day that your mattress will be delivered, so you can make arrangements to receive your new bed.
In terms of setup, it is super easy. Just discard the box and the outer wrapping and leave it to expand. We usually recommend leaving the mattress for 24hr to raise fully, and we would suggest keeping this in mind. If you receive your bed in the morning, it should be ready by the evening. You are prepared to have the perfect night sleep.
Even with an “all natural” mattress you will always have a “new” smell. Which dissipates.
We love the materials that DreamCloud is made up of. When combined, they offer a lot of comfort and support, with the added benefit of keeping you cool.
The top of the DreamCloud comprises a quilted cover that offers superior cooling and extra pressure-relieving comfort. This we feel is a fantastic addition and adds so much comfort to your night sleep.
The second layer is what DreamCloud calls “Dream Plush.” This is a layer of comfortable and cooling memory foam, which helps cradle your body, and we think it provides a lot of comfort without being too hot.
The third layer offers a lot of support by using a foam layer that gives moderate responsiveness and a lot of spinal support. When combined with the support coils, this adds to the firmness of the mattress.
Layer number four is where you will find the DreamClouds’ supportive coils, which moves independently to all the body’s curves and support your spine perfectly, in which position you choose to sleep in. The coils also cut down on any disturbance caused to your partner, allowing a better night sleep for both of you.
The bottom layer consists of a super supportive foam layer that helps to absorb any motion, helping you get a good night sleep. This also allows you extra support and a night of restful sleep.

The Country Living Models will work on any solid surface. A wood foundation, boxspring, slats, the floor and will work on an adjustable base.
Essentially you just want to make sure whatever you’re using the mattress on is flat. An old boxspring a lot of times is still good but make sure its not bowed in the middle.
This will work on an adjustable base as well. This model and the Hudson will be best. The top end model will work on a base as well but not bend as easily if you like to site straight up and down.
My Thoughts Overall, this is a very comfortable mattress. DreamCloud states that this mattress is a luxury firm mattress, which means that it is a supportive mattress while still offering comfort and the softness you’d expect.
We think it is the softer end of the firm rating, thanks to the soft foam layer sitting on the top of the construction. We noticed when we tried it that it feels super comfortable and supportive.
After a night on this mattress, you will notice that the memory foam layer moulds to your body. This is normal, as it cradles and hugs your body throughout the night. When the mattress cools down again, it’ll come back to its usual shape, and you won’t notice a thing. If you are a deep sleeper or like the feeling of sinking in, this is perfect. If you are more of an active sleeper or move around during sleep, this may not be the best fit.
What makes this mattress even more comfortable is the way it distributes heat. Whether you sleep hot or cold, this is a mattress that you should consider. Either in the summer or winter, we doubt you will be too hot or too cold again. This adds so much to the comfort, as it helps you stay asleep.
We feel it is ideal for those who like to sleep on their backs and sides. And the top layer of supportive foam gives a lot of relief on known problem areas like your hips, shoulders and spine. Many reviews state that this mattress has helped them with sore hips and stiff necks.
The mattresses edges aren’t as reinforced as some mattresses, but we still think that this mattress is supportive enough for you and us for most sleepers. And it allows us to use the majority of the mattress, which is always good, especially for couples.
The edge is supported by a ring of supportive coils, combined with medium firmness. This helps you feel secure when either lying or sitting on the mattress. When you or your partner are sleeping nearer the edge, you can benefit from the extra reinforcements. This means you’re not likely to experience any significant sinkage from this mattress. And you should feel secure enough to utilise all of the surface. This is a benefit if you are sharing the mattress with a partner.
The edge also allows the sleeper to sit on the edge of the bed and still get up without help. This is especially beneficial if you are elderly or struggle to move. You feel safe and secure.
We recommend this mattress for most sleepers, but keep in mind that if you’re over 230 lbs, you may find this less supportive than other mattresses available.
When we tested out this mattress, we found that we slept a lot cooler than other mattresses. And we have seen this with a lot of verified buyers who love this mattress. One thing we love is its trial. 1 year. Yeah, 365 days. Well, 365 nights. Overall Summary
We think that this mattress is one of the best on the market. While it may not be for everyone, you shouldn’t take it out of consideration.
We think it is a comfortable and luxurious mattress, and we love how we sink into the mattress at night-time. Like we’ve said before, we love the edge support and think that they have got this perfect with the DreamCloud. And the memory foam doesn’t make you overheat, which is a huge positive, as this is an issue for some memory foam mattresses. Not this one, though.
So do we think that this is a good investment for you to make? We think so. The longevity of this mattress is astounding, and we think it’ll last decades. This longevity makes it perfect for people who want to find a bed that they love without worrying about whether it will stop being as comfortable in the future or worrying it’ll not perform as well. We fully believe that this mattress is one of the best mattresses we have ever reviewed.
