There are two options for buying a ReST Bed Mattress. You can either go directly to the shop, the list and locations of which are provided on the website, or you can order it online. As mentioned before there is a 90 night’s trial period. During which you can return the mattress and get a refund. This comes along with a 10-year full warranty for the product.
Unfortunately, I was not able to find the information about the shipping and delivery option on the website. I presumed that the standard shipping within 24 hours apply and it would be delivered from 3 to 5 business days. My presumption was correct. However, this information should’ve been available before entering your online shopping cart.
The setup is relatively easy. That is if you at least have a basic understanding of technology. Even if you don’t, there is a video guide, which details every step of the way in most simple terms imaginable.
Comfort and Feel
Everything in ReST Bed mattress is built to provide ultimate comfort and support. In fact, the whole high tech aspect of it is focused on delivering the best sleep you will ever have. The mattress is equipped with special sensors that will detect your body, the position you are sleeping in and which points of it stimulate most pressure. After receiving this information the surface will arrange accordingly to provide the most effective support and allows for better blood circulation in your body. For example, if you love sleeping on your side, as I do, one of your hand receives a tremendous amount of pressure. The whole weight of your upper body is pushing on it. This will certainly lead to a lack of blood flow to your arm and will result in a feeling of numbness and sore muscles in the morning. Even if you did not intend sleeping in this position, there is not much we can do to control ourselves in our sleep. For example, if your partner changed the position, the only surface that should be affected is one directly under him. The rest of the mattress should not feel the change and you should be able to continue your sleep uninterrupted. The ReST Bed performs more than adequately in this regards. Thanks to the memory foam, whose components do a good job of absorbing all the motion, even light sleepers should be safe.
Edge Support

Let’s start at the top and move to the bottom. The mattress starts with a removable cover, which can be removed at any time for washing. After this comes breathable stretching fabric, which is digitally imaged sleep skin surface. The first real layer of the mattress is a 3-inch cooling gel-infused layer foam that will ensure a cool and comfortable surface. For additional support, this rests upon 1-inch resilience foam. Lying underneath is a 5.5-inch air support system. This is what provided 5 different zones mentioned before. They can be adjusted independently according to your needs. To prevent air leak, the mattress also has polyurethane air chambers. The last layer is a foam that provides support for the whole construction. Also, don’t forget about the interlocked edge support, which we have already talked about.
This is a high end as you can get. Build for comfort and build to last. We were not able to find any fault in this construction. Easy 10/10 for the ReST Bed mattress.
ReST Performance Mattress Foundation
The GhostBed is one of the few brands that offers a shippable wood foundation. Additionally, it is a heavy duty wood foundation that is heavier than the wood foundations we typically have at our stores, although we offer steel as well this foundation is worth adding to your order strictly for the conveinence if you need a foundation as well. Assembly looks daunting initially, however it went pretty quickly. About 25-30 minutes. I would strongly recommend having a drill, it will take much longer with a screwdriver. The quality of the foundation is nice. The cover slips over much like a fitted sheet and with a snug fit it looks nice.

Even though we do enjoy putting warm blankets around us, when it’s cold outside, nobody likes to wake up sweaty. This is a fact. The blankets are there to provide you with warms, but the mattress itself should not trap the heat and provide constant airflow. Otherwise, it feels like you are trapped in an oven. No amount of pressure compensation would be able to make up for that. Fortunately, ReST Bed mattress does an admirable job out of this. This high tech, the top quality mattress comes with a breathable cover and cooling memory foam. This will take care of high temperatures. You will wake up fresh and rested and your mattress will always have an adequate temperature. Most mattresses that have memory foam, cannot boast about this. More often then not they trap heat, which makes for an uncomfortable experience. ReST Bed stand out among them with cooling-gel memory foam, which regulates temperature and provides for the cool sleeping surface.
This section is especially important to me. There are a few things I hate more than having to sleep on a heated mattress. The feeling of a cool surface under me is one of the great pressures of life. For this, I give ReST Bed Mattress 10/10.
Off Gassing
Many mattresses which include latex and gel foam often suffer from the off-gassing Issue. However, in most cases, the smell is caused not by the product itself, but by the place it has been stored in. Fortunately, there were literally no issues with ReST Bed in this regard. In fact, there was almost no smell that is often associated with new mattresses, so I did not really have to air it out.
There is not much else I can say about the product in this regard. Which is always good when things come to Off-Gassing. The ResT Bed Mattress gets a perfect 10/10 score for this.
