Elm Sleep is a new brand from Texas. They offer 2 mattress models: a 15″ hybrid and a 13″ hybrid. Each model comes in luxury plush or luxury firm.

ELM has great reviews online for a reason. Such a comfortable bed, such great edge support. I’m back to waking up without any pain.

I’m honestly really impressed with my new ELM mattress. I’m 70 years old and getting out of bed isn’t the easiest thing for me at this age, but I don’t sink in too much into my ELM.
The first thing you will do when you get your Elm mattress is bring it to the room you will open it in. You do not want to unroll it in another room. Once you are ready to open it you can use the cutter some brands provide, if not use a scissors and be careful not to cut the fabric.
As it starts opening it will expand quickly and you will only notice a slight “new mattress smell”. The Elm mattress is made in the USA so it is not roll packed very long, which helps with minimize off gassing.
“Off Gassing” for me is tricky because no matter what brand you are looking at they are going to have a smell. “Natural” or Organic” mattresses often times have the strongest smell, even though people associate them with no off gassing. A smell is normal and no matter what brand you buy is going to have some kind of new smell.
In most cases the smell will be gone within 12-36 hours or very faint. I always recommend using a mattress protector so once the mattress airs out use a protector and sheets and at that point you should not experience much smell at all.

The Elm Mattress will work great on any solid surface. Whether you pop in on the floor, on a wood foundation/boxspring, a platform with slats or upgrade to an adjustable base, this mattress will perform great.
During out testing the Elm mattress performed great in this area. The quilting foam gives a little separation from the foams that can trap heat a little more. The copper infused memory foam stays much cooler than traditional memory foam.
We tested on twin xl’s and don’t have the adjustable for a king. However, the Elm Mattress will have no issues on an adjustable. It will work great.

Elm Sleep is a new brand in 2022. There is not a ton of about us information on their website, but the mattresses are made and ship from Texas. They are 100 USA made products.
One notable cool aspect of the company is they will plant 5 trees for every mattress sold.

Overall Summary
This mattress was incredibly nice, especially for the price. It is a substantial mattress that compares to many other top brands you see ranked on other sites but is much less money. It is one of the nicest mattresses I have reviewed that is priced under $1500.
I would highly recommend looking into this mattress if you want a high-end USA built mattress with great quality for a very good price.
